BEDROOMS: 7 huge bedrooms. We say double rooms, but most are family sized rooms, giving you privacy of your own, if you are a part of a larger group. Bedside tables and lights. All with double beds, some with 2 double beds for families and children. Bed linen is a high quality. All pillows and matresses are protected with washable waterproof covers, for your full protection. A cot and highchair is available on request. Towels supplied. However we ask that guest bring their own linen for the cot, although matress and cover are supplied as standard.

BATHROOMS: 7 bathrooms. 6 bathrooms have shower cubicles, and one bathroom has a deep bath. 6 of the bathrooms are en-suite. One has access from the landing for general use. One seperate toilet downstairs.

KITCHEN/DINING: The large French farmhouse kitchen table will comfortably seat 12 people and additional seating is available for larger parties. Kitchen facilities include large Fridge with smaller Freezer compartment. 5 burner stove with massive oven. Microwave. Senseo coffee machine. Dishwasher, toaster, Washer & Tumble Dryer.

LIVING ROOM: 80sq metres of living room with seating arranged in groups, allowing scope for playing games, sitting and chatting, reading comfortably. Feature 'dragon' cabinets and 100 year old 12ft oak settle from Liverpool Station add interest. CD/Radio player. Small DVD only TV.

ANTE ROOM: Set up for a private space for games, or perfect for children, this room now has table & chairs, board games selection; library. GITE BOOK WITH FULL DETAILS OF LOCAL ACTIVITIES AND RESTAURANTS.

GARDENS: Walled gardens with covered area for games. Garden chairs and tables. Weber kettle BBQ. Nice place for children to play. Listen to the owls of a night. Star gazer's paradise!
