Prices are in Pounds Sterling (although you can pay in Euro equivalent) and are all inclusive and we have based them on normal usage expectations. We ask you to respect this and not be wasteful for the environment and to keep our rental costs reasonable for all. Included are :
*** bed linen, duvets, pillows, and hand towels
*** heating (oil, electricity)
*** electricity for general use and gas for cooking
*** water
*** normal cleaning (you must leave property in reasonable clean condition or a fee applies).
A DEPOSIT OF £250 IS REQUIRED AT THE POINT OF BOOKING AND THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE START DATE OF YOUR BOOKING.
A £250 pound damage deposit is also required.
A starter supply of toilet rolls, liquid soap, rubbish bags, milk, tea and coffee etc. is provided for your arrival.
